Service Commitment
Amovista Real Estate Brokerage agrees to provide the services outlined below during the active listing period, based on the plan selected by the client.
Included Services
Delivery of yard signage and directional signs
SOLD sticker displayed for 14 days after closing
Access to our step-by-step selling guide
Seven-day phone, text, and email support
Unique property link or QR code for buyer access
Exposure on AmovistaBrokerage.com and REALTOR.ca through MLS®
Pricing guidance using comparable market data
Access to optional preferred legal partners (client may choose any lawyer)
Professional media as included in the selected plan
MLS® listing (Mere Posting for Flat-Fee Plan, Full Representation for Success Plan)
Listing Duration
Flat-Fee Plan: Up to 6 months
Success Plan: Up to 6 months, with renewal available
Representation Disclosure
Flat-Fee Plan (Mere Posting): Amovista does not represent the seller in negotiations or transaction brokerage unless the seller chooses an add-on. The seller remains responsible for showings, negotiations, and paperwork.
Success Plan (Full Service): Amovista provides full representation including negotiation, showings, paperwork, and transaction support.
Money-Back Guarantee (Flat-Fee Plan Only)
Eligibility
Property must remain listed on REALTOR.ca and AmovistaBrokerage.com for the full 6-month term
Listing must remain active and accessible for showings
Only the base flat-fee is refundable (add-ons are non-refundable)
How to Initiate a Refund
Re-list the property with a licensed real estate professional
New listing must use the same asking price
Buyer-agent compensation must align with typical market practice or as agreed with the new brokerage
Provide Amovista with the final MLS® sold sheet
Refund issued within 5 business days
Maximum Refund: Cost of the flat-fee package (excluding add-ons)
General Conditions
Clients may choose any law firm. Legal information provided by Amovista is general guidance only
Amovista is not responsible for MLS® outages, advertising delays, or third-party errors
Services apply only to the property address listed with Amovista
Use of additional marketing platforms must be approved by Amovista; unauthorized use may result in service cancellation, though Listing Agreement obligations remain
Flat-fee payments are non-refundable except under the Money-Back Guarantee
Flat-fee payments are deposited into the Brokerage General Account and are not trust funds
Amovista may reference that a property was listed or sold with our brokerage, without sharing personal information unless consented
Privacy and Information Use
Amovista collects and uses client information in compliance with PIPEDA for:
Property marketing
Cooperation with buyer agents
Supporting the sale process
Internal market analysis
Information will not be shared externally without client consent except where legally required. Clients may request correction or deletion of personal information.
